Industrial visit at Bagru 4th Oct., 2023

Students of Fashion Designing visited ‘Dosaya Textile and K.D. printers, Bagru’. They learnt various processes used in ‘Dabu’ print, a mud – resist hand block printing of Rajasthan. They also learnt use of natural dyes and vegetable pastes, eco dyeing, hand block printing as well as they learnt Carving on wooden blocks to create unique designs.

Inter College Competition at JNU 29th Sept. 2023

Department of Fashion Design of Biyani Institute of skill development, Jaipur, participated in intercollege competition “TECHNORAAZ 2023” in Jaipur National University . The student had performed on Feeble minds Superstitions theme. There were 14 groups of different colleges participated in this competition. We won Second Prize in this competition and the experience was so good.

Department of Fashion of Biyani Institute of skill development, Jaipur, participated in the Khadi fashion show to celebrate Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. Ramp walk has been done by college students. Fashion show is basically to promote Khadi clothing. Organized by Khadi and Village Industries Commission and sponsored by Biyani College.

Rajjay Fashion Show 17th Dec. 2022
Department of Fashion of Biyani Institute of skill development, Jaipur, participated in RAJJAY- Biyani intercollege fashion show competition. The student had performed on a Fashion Show theme named “Expression through Fashion”, and won Second prize.

Intercollege Competition “ABHYUDAYA” 5th December 2022

Student’s of fashion designing of Biyani Institute of skill development participated Modeling and Sketching in intercollege Competition “ABHYUDAYA” which was held in Jaipuria Institute of Management. Students participated very well in the competition and won prizes.

Shivani Tailor won 2nd prize in Modeling.
Divyanshi Mishra won 1st prize in sketching.

Students of Fashion Designing and Visual Arts visited Barefoot College, Tiloniya. They learnt many handwork art methods which were done by Tilonia Artisans and also learnt how we can contribute to improving the socio-economic status of rural women across Rajasthan.
